Local Government Unit (LGU) Officials in the Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon) Region have announced class suspensions for Friday, November 10, due to Tropical Depression “Salome.”

- Teresa, Rizal —all levels, public and private
- Antipolo City —all levels, public and private
Tropical Depression is expected to strengthen into a tropical storm, the state weather bureau PAGASA said.
