At the core of the milestones and success of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Regional Office IV-A are the commendable effort, hard work, immense support, and passion for work of its dedicated staff, employees, and officials.
Regional Director Manuel Q. Gotis said that the untiring effort of the DILG IV-A workforce is the key element in the overall and effective implementation of their programs, projects, and activities.
Hence, to further motivate officials and employees in the performance of their duties, the DILG IV-A established Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence—an awards program recognizing best performers and operating units which have exemplified in their performance and commitment in carrying out the DILG PPAs.
