A gloomy Wednesday is expected in most parts of Luzon due to a Low Pressure Area (LPA), according to state-run weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 4:00 am bulletin, PAGASA said the weather disturbance located at 350 km East of Casiguran, Aurora will bring cloudy skies with light to moderate rains with thunderstorms to Central Luzon, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley Region, CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon) and Metro Manila.

Meanwhile, the remaining parts of Luzon, down to Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies apart from isolated rain showers mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Moderate t0 strong winds blowing from the northeast to northwest will prevail over northern and central Luzon with moderate to rough seas.

Fishing boats and small seacraft are advised not to venture out into the seaboards of Northern Luzon due to prevailing rough sea condition.  —R4A/DOST-PAGASA
